  1. I saw the announcement on your tube channel--Congratulations! Cute quilt too!

You seem like a lovely person and I'm really enjoying learning about Japan. I've made the Okonomiyaki and my husband and I love it. I made a point to find and buy the Okonomiyaki sauce and the Kewpie mayo--both are delicious. (The young woman who helped me--the label was in Japanese--loves to watch videos about Japan--she appeared to be of Asian descent, so I told her about you.)

And the Japanese candy is fascinating. So clever.

Once baby comes you will be busier than ever but I hope you can continue sharing Japan with us. I'd love to see some more Japanese home cooking. I make miso soup and maki sushi quite often. And I make the Japanese style omelet with rice--I think it's called Omurice...delicious. I prefer watching real people cook food at home versus professional chefs/cooks.

Sorry this is so long, but also wanted to say I love your outlook and attitude about making mistakes. It is apparent you do your best and if it doesn't work out you accept it. That is very wise. And gracious.

Thank you for sharing Japan. (I live in the U.S.)
